One of the best 60's psych records ever. The two opening tracks are pure gold, the rest of the record follows suit. R.I.P Arthur Lee.

James Carr was a southern soul/r'n'b singer in the tradition of the greats, though he's been somewhat forgotten until fairly recently. His catalog of singles for the legendary Goldwax label stand the test of time as raw, deep soul that has rarely been equalled.
